1. Login to your ReadySpace Customer Portal
*Remark : Please check with our Customer Service if you forgot your registered email address
**Remark : Please click on Forgot your password if you forgot your password
2. Click on Edit Details under ACCOUNT at the left hand side
3. Click on Edit Details at the right panel
4. Update information
5. Click on Save Changes
6. Verify your Cloud Account via registered email address and SMS after update*
*Remark: Only applicable for clients who update email address, address and mobile phone numbers.
