Follow the below steps to train email as spam from the professional spam filter.
Step 1- Login to your cPanel from readyspace console.
Step 2 - Click on the " Professional Spam Filter " icon as shown in the image
Step 3 - After log in to Professional spam filter click on the " Train Spam " option as shown in the image. Now upload the email message as .eml or .msg format to train it as spam.
