How whitelist email accounts on Professional Spam Filter

Note: Any sender in the whitelist will not be checked for spams and automatically allowed through to any recipients on the account

  1. Log into SpamExperts

  2. Scroll down and click Sender whitelist under the Incoming - Protection Settings section on the left panel or you can click the Sender whitelist icon

  3. Click + Add whitelist sender to open the dialog

  4. For the Local-part field, specify the local-part of a particular recipient here, or leave blank to apply to the whole domain

  5. For the Sender Flag, please select Apply to both

  6. In the Address field, enter the email address of the sender you want to allow

  7. Click on Save to add the sender to the list
