1) Log into Professional Spam filter.(https://cloud.readyspace.com/knowledgebase/article/42/how-to-manage-the-professional-spam-filter-in-cpanel/)
2) Scroll down and look for the menu “Incoming”, then choose the option “Spam Quarantine” at the left menu, the quarantined emails will be listed there.
3) To view specific accounts, click on “New rule”, then choose “To” or “From”, then enter the email address you would like to check.
